Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in advance.
You are responsible for recurring payments to maintain access.

Cancellations and Refunds

Subscription cancellations must be made before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at the Company’s sole discretion.

Ownership of Content

Ownership of Data

The LO Portal is owned, in part, by Russell Petty. Russell Petty, as you may or may not know, is a broker owner. NMLS#2322797 and 1509681.

Your data is secured and, just that, your own. Russell Petty will not, under any circumstance, reach out to, contact, download, or in any other term synonymous with steal your data.

Your data belongs to you, it is yours, your clients are yours, and by using the product both you and Russell Petty agree to this fact.

Disclaimer of Warranties
